DOWNLOADING IMAGES FROM THE UK IMAGE LIBRARY

1. The images contained on these pages, can be downloaded free of charge for the use of printed publications and online news services only.
2. All images remain the property of Total UK Limited.
3. By downloading and/or using the images you do not obtain any rights in them. The images must not be altered in any way. Each publication of the images must be accompanied by the credit line and notice “Courtesy of Total UK Limited”.
4. Total UK Limited does not guarantee the accuracy of any of the images contained herein or that the images are free of viruses or defects of any nature.

DOWNLOADING AND USE OF LOGOS

The Total ® Corporate Logo (“Logo”) is a registered trademark of Total SA. In order to protect the integrity of the Logo, some rules have been established regarding its use.

1. The Logo must not be used so as to imply that Total UK Limited or any affiliate of Total UK endorses certain goods or services, without prior consent from Total UK Limited.
2. Any downloading and use of the Logo contained on these pages must be performed in compliance with the Logo Guidelines.
3. The Logo must not be used so as to bring the Total brand in to disrepute.
4. Any misuse may result in this permission being withdrawn; deliberate misuse could result in legal action against you.
