Free prize draw rules

You may wish to retain a copy of the Rules for your own use.

1. The free prize draw will take place monthly – one bottle of champagne to be won per month.
2. The closing date is the 28th day of each month, starting on 28th April 2008.
3. Entry is open to UK residents over 18 years old who return this questionnaire before the month’s closing date. Employees of Total Butler and TOTAL UK Ltd. are not eligible. One entry per person.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The winner will be drawn at random each month under independent supervision, and notified by telephone within three weeks of the closing date.The names and counties of the monthly winners will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Total Butler Survey Prize Draw, County House, Bayshill Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL50 3BA.
6. No cash or other alternative prizes are available.
